EXP Podcast #288: Subscribe Now

  1. On my own, I don't think I'd sign up for EA Access for one simple reason: I don't play sports games. My nephews, on the other hand, can't get enough. $5 a month is a pretty cheap price to make them love me. And if I get the occasional Dragon Age or Battlefield for myself, then yes, please.


    But Scott, I'm absolutely shocked you don't have PlayStation Plus. If I had to choose only one subscription to keep, that would be it--even without owning a PS4. The free games alone are worth many times the cost of the subscription, and it's already given me a stockpile of a dozen PS4 games for when I do upgrade. Add the steep digital discounts on top of that, and PS+ has saved me literally hundreds of dollars. You're definitely missing out.

  2. I'm probably as surprised as you are!

    It's really a testament of how effective Steam has been in taking over my gaming habits. Most of my sale needs are taken care of and news items like the recent MGS V PC version take care of the AAA space. I figure I'll start subscribing once I get a PS4, but until then...
